LUCAS The original desk light and task light designed and created by

LightMaker Ian Bibby using high powered LED’s inside a tube just 25mm in diameter.

LUCAS emits warm white light at 3000K RA90 and at a beam angle of 25 Degrees controlled by micro toggle switch.

LUCAS comes supplied with a neat plug in power supply which has interfaces enabling use in any country world wide.

The unique design allows adjustment of LUCAS to any angle making it an ideal reading companion and task light for close work.

LUCAS has also been found to be practical for the local illumination of pictures and objet d’art in homes and gallery spaces.

Assembled from aluminium with both a paint and polished chrome finish LUCAS also has parts which are 3D printed and which could be described as “trim” pieces. These trim parts could be printed any colour to order.

The name “Lucas” was derived from automobile lighting and instrumentation and was seen in motor vehicles pre and post war.
